Who is able to join the Forum?

Membership of the Forum is open to midwives, health visitors and infant feeding educators in the UK. We are only able to send samples and newsletters to addresses in the UK.


How will I know if my application to join the Forum is successful?

If your application is successful, you will receive your samples within 8 weeks of applying.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will send you an email informing you within 4-6 weeks of applying (if an email address is supplied on the application form).


How long until I get my samples?

We aim to deliver most professional sampling sets within 6-8 weeks of an application being received. Occasionally if we have a large number of applications to process it may take longer. We do apologise for this.

How many sample sets can I get?

By joining the Forum you are only entitled to receive one set of samples. If you would like further sets for your unit or organisation, you might like to encourage your colleagues to join.


Can I purchase products directly from Philips AVENT?

You are not able to purchase products directly from Philips AVENT. However most healthcare professional organisations in the UK are able to purchase through our distributor Paul Murray Plc. If you would like to contact them to find out more, their details are:
