Forum Rules
- The Philips AVENT Healthcare Professional Forum (“Forum”) is being run by Philips Electronics UK Limited, Philips Centre, Guildford Business Park, Guildford GU2 8XH (“Philips”).
- The Forum is only open to midwives, health visitors and infant feeding educators in the United Kingdom who have completed the registration process.
- Completion of Forum registration is deemed acceptance of these Rules.
- Any indication of specific materials or sample products available to Forum members are not binding and Philips reserves the right to amend or substitute any materials or sample products in its sole discretion.
- No cash alternative to any complimentary materials or sample products is available.
- Philips reserves the right at all times to refuse participation in the Forum and/or to modify or cancel the Forum at any time without prior notice. The decision of Philips will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with participants in the event of any dispute.
- Forum members act in their personal capacity and should inform their employer if their participation in the Forum could result in any professional or ethical conflict of interest.
- Philips shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control.
- These Rules will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
